When buying online, customer service is a key factor especially when it comes to airsoft. Brandon was especially respectful, friendly and knowledgeable with the products they carry and with that said, all my questions were answered and addressed. This airsoft store has quickly become one of my favourites in Canada, and the only gripe I have is I live 5 hours away. Next time I find myself in Montreal I will be coming in to visit.Well done, Tact Gearz!

Discovered this place not long ago and didn't realise the potential it had at first but man it's now my first home for everything tactical and airsoft. Great service and follow up and an awesome tech Brandon Brown ( not to confuse with Alec but the similarities apparently are there ) if he can't get it nail down for you no one can !But no joke don't pass on this place, you'll thank me later !
